Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pet Quest/The Pet Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Basically we calculate the cost of shipping at an approximate value using the formula:

  • (Order Cost * 0.3) + $15 = Shipping Cost (Domestic USPS – Ground Service)
  • (Order Cost * 0.3) + $17 = Shipping Cost (Canada Post – Ground Service)
  • For International Orders please use the shipping calculator on the Check Out page. Please note that on some international orders there may be additional shipping costs. We will advise you of any extra costs via email and offer you a payment method. Orders will not be shipped until all extra costs are paid in full.

We cannot guarantee delivery times because of the possibility of an unforeseen event occurring. Also, our suppliers ship the items for use from their warehouses, all of our suppliers are located throughout the United States, Canada, and occasionally in Europe. All of our shipping times are estimates only.

Domestic shipping within the United States takes approximately 5 to 7 days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pet Quest/The Pet Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Exceptions to this will be listed on the product’s page in the “Other Info” tab or the main description of the product.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If possible, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Depending on our supplier, you may also receive a tracking number(s). Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after being issued.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pet Quest/The Pet Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pet Quest/The Pet Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping is also provided to Canada and many other countries. Please check the “Shipping Info” tab on each product’s page. There you will find any restrictions on shipping as well as additional information pertaining to a specific product.
