Shipping Info

Free shipping is available to qualifying orders that are shipped to United States addresses. To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet the following criteria:

1. The entire order must be shipped to an address within the United States.
2. It is preferable that the order contain only products that can be shipped at no charge. If you order mixed products that have different shipping options and you don’t see the free shipping offer listed in the shopping cart please contact us through our Contact Us Form and let us know.
3. Billing address can be from anywhere in the world. For example, you could live in India and ship a product to the United States as a gift for someone else. You would then be entitled to the free shipping offer on qualified products.

Please note that on rare occasions some items may take from 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered depending on the number of orders received or where the item is shipped from. We do try to have items shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there is a delay of more than 1 week we will inform you immediately upon learning of the delay.
