Shipping Info

Free shipping is available to qualifying orders that are shipped to Continental United States addresses. To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet the following criteria:

1. The order must be shipped to an address within the Continental United States.
2. It is preferable that the order contain only products that can be shipped at no charge. If you order mixed products that have different shipping options you won’t see the free shipping offer listed in the shopping cart. Such orders may include a shipping surcharge of $0.35 per additional item.
3. Billing address can be from anywhere in the world. For example, you could live in India and ship a product to the United States as a gift for someone else. You would then be entitled to the free shipping offer on qualified products.

Please note that on rare occasions some items may take from 2 to 3 weeks to be delivered depending on the number of orders received or where the item is shipped from. We do try to have items shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there is a delay of more than 3 days we will inform you immediately upon learning of the delay.

Shipping times, excluding holidays and weekends, occur Monday to Friday from 8am to 3pm. (When calculating transit days before 3pm ET, do not count that day. Orders after 3pm ET, do not count until the following business day).

APO/FPO

The Pet Boutique will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are usually sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. The Pet Boutique has no control over transit times for these orders due to their customs and military mail procedures.

The Pet Boutique does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
